Information clause for social media and Digital Marketing users

  1. The Controller of personal data is RSP spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, Sztormowa 1/12, 02-654 Warsaw, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000967668, NIP: 5213791672, REGON: 36809008000000, e-mail: contact@redstack.pl (formerly: Red Stack Poland spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa) (hereinafter: “Controller“).
  2. The Controller has appointed a Personal Data Protection Inspector, with whom contact in every matter related to the processing of personal data by the Controller is possible at the following e-mail address: iod@redstack.pl or by post at the correspondence address of the Controller’s registered office at Sztormowa 1/12, 02-654 Warsaw.
  3. This information concerns the processing of personal data and other information regarding the Users of the http://www.redstack.pl website (hereinafter referred to as “the website”) in electronic communication with users of the website and the social network portal LinkedIn.
  4. The processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the principles set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  5. Please be advised that providing following personal data including: name(s) and surname, e-mail address, company name and other data given in the website contact form or through LinkedIn portal is voluntary. Provided data will be processed in order to answer or carry out the inquiry and other purposes for which the data has been made available to The Controller. Lack of personal data providing will result in the inability to respond. Providing other personal data and sending additional documents is voluntary.
  6. You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing your personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  7. Your personal data will be processed for the time needed to carry out the inquiries. The processing period will be extended by the period necessary to consider any claims. After this period, the data will be processed only to the extent and for the time required by law.
  8. You have the right to request access to your personal data, request their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing your personal data, the right to request data portability, the right to object to processing your personal data. Requests in this respect should be addressed to the Controller in the manner indicated in point 2.
  9. The Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to third countries or international organizations.
  10. Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
    • persons authorized by the Controller,
    • subcontractors – these entities are processing data on the basis of an agreement with the Controller and only in accordance with the Controller’s instructions,
    • service providers supplying the Controller with technical and organizational solutions and supporting the management of its organization (in particular ICT service providers),
    • providers of legal, accounting, control and advisory services and supporting the Controller in lodging any claims (in particular law firms, financial institutions);
    • other public authorities, institutions or entities authorized on the basis of applicable
  11. Your personal data entered into the LinkedIn social network are processed by LinkedIn Corporation in accordance with terms and conditions set by them.
  12. You have the right to make a complaint with the supervisory authorities dealing with the protection of personal data in Poland, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  13. Based on the personal data provided by you, the Controller will not make decisions in an automated way and your data will not be profiled.
